Fees & Deposits

On acceptance of a successful bid the buyer will be asked to leave a reservation fee of 3% plus vat ( minimum £5,000 plus vat ) of the selling price.

This fee is in addition to the bid and does not form part of the selling price. This reservation fee covers the fees of Advanced Property Auction and will be clearly labelled beneath the starting price of each property.
