FREE TO SELL means vendors pay no fees whatsoever to sell their property. We charge a reservation fee to the buyer, which covers our costs. Properties are advertised with a ‘Starting Bid’ and the auction team will agree a confidential ‘Reserve Price’ with you.
What exactly Is the online modern method of auction?
This is known as a conditional auction and means that upon the acceptance of an offer the buyer must place a non-refundable reservation fee to reserve the property. The buyer is then given 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete the purchase.

Buying through auction
Advanced Property Auction list all properties on our online auction site. You can bid on properties using our online portal. Upon the acceptance of an offer or at the close of the auction, you will sign an agreement and place a non-refundable reservation fee to reserve the property. You will then be given 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete the purchase.
